July is an exciting time for celebrations, especially for families and friends in the United States and in Canada. The month starts out with Canada Day, on July 1, featuring parades, fireworks, picnics, and barbecues. Just a few days later, the US celebrates Independence Day on July 4, with more parades, fireworks, picnics, and barbecues! Make your Canada Day and July 4th celebrations healthy and fun, with these easy tips and recipes.

 

Expecting a big crowd? Pinto Bean Salsa Salad is a refreshing dish for a hot July celebration and incredibly easy to make.
